1. Payment in advance via bank transfer
Simply transfer the invoiced amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the purpose of use. We will separately inform you of our bank details and the purpose of use by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
Exclusively for customers from Germany, the option of direct debit payment is offered as part of the PayPal Plus program under the PayPay payment method. Any credit checks will be made by PayPal and the payment would then be possible without PayPay account.

If paying by direct debit, you give PayPal a direct debit authorization to collect the amount from your bank account indicated at PayPal. The following happens in the background:

Your bank will receive the payment order to pay the amount to PayPal.
PayPal in turn receives the payment order to pay the corresponding e-money amount to the payee.

PayPal uses the SEPA direct debit mandate in Germany. SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is an initiative of the European Commission and European banks to make payments in the euro area more efficient. If you deposit a bank account with PayPal or if you are the first to use a new bank account as the source of payment, you grant PayPal a SEPA direct debit mandate. In your PayPal account profile at any time you can access this mandate and the mandate reference number (MRN) and cancel the mandate for future transactions.

If you subsequently use PayPal as the payment source for PayPal, you authorize PayPal to use this SEPA direct debit mandate, collect the direct debit payment from your bank account and instruct your bank to redeem this direct debit. You can cancel such a direct debit up to 8 weeks after the debit date. PayPal will inform you together with the payment confirmation of the amount of the direct debit and the time frame in which the direct debit is collected.

In the case of a chargeback that you have not personally arranged for, you authorize PayPal to re-direct debit at a later date, unless you have already offset the outstanding amount in some other way. Before the resubmission of the direct debit, PayPal will not separately point out the amount and the time frame.

In the event of a failed direct debit, you authorize PayPal to debit or re-attempt to collect the payment amount and the direct debit fee from your bank account, if any, to your credit card or other bank account deposited with PayPal in accordance with the Schedule of Fees plus the late debit charges have not already balanced the outstanding amount in another way. PayPal will advise you during the payment process which payment source we use for this purpose.

A direct debit payment may be subject to a routine security check. If due to PayPal's internal audit there are risks related to the direct debit procedure or there is reason to believe that there is an increased risk associated with this payment, the following may happen:

PayPal may not immediately complete payment on the payee's part and may make a payment check. If it turns out that there is a problem with the payment, the payment will be reversed and returned from the seller's reserve account to the buyer's PayPal account.
Or as long as the PayPal risk models have an increased risk that a payment will be rejected or reversed by your bank, PayPal must assume that the corresponding amount is not yet available to finance the e-money payment. In this case PayPal is entitled not to execute your payment order.
PayPal uses the following key parameters for internal risk evaluation in the context of direct debit:

Risk that your bank account may not have sufficient credit or disposition limit,
Risk that the payment was not authorized correctly by the account holder of the bank account,
Risk that the account details of the bank account are incorrect and that the transaction will be executed incorrectly.
All information about this payment method can be viewed by you again before the actual payment process on the appropriate PayPal page or read here.

5. Payment via PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal. If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

As soon as the payment has been received, your delivery will be initiated. It usually only takes a few minutes before we receive a PayPal payment.

If you pay an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases on pages of PayPal may come to editing errors on which we have no control.

If you do not pay directly after ordering via PayPal, you can do it afterwards. If you no longer want to pay by PayPal, you can also conveniently settle the amount by bank transfer. The corresponding bank details and payment information can be found on your invoice.

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. Whether you want to continue using the credit on your PayPal account directly at PayPal or you want to transfer back to your giro or credit card account, you can decide for yourself and edit directly with PayPal. We have no influence on this.
